ForgeHacks Certificates and Winner update

Hey everyone, sorry for the delay, here is the status as of now:

Regarding certificates: Certificates are taking longer than expected, and we apologize for the delay. We're working on getting them sent out, but please give us some time to finish processing everything. We expect them to be sent by either today evening or tomorrow afternoon (EDT)

Regarding judging: We've seen concerns raised about some of the winning projects and whether they met the hackathon requirements. We're reviewing the specific concerns to determine whether any follow-up is needed. We appreciate everyone who has brought these issues to our attention, and ask that you keep feedback respectful and specific.

Again, sorry for the delay, and thank you for your patience
